Floor Sanding & Refinishing

Restore the Character Beneath Years of Wear

Professional sanding and refinishing for hardwood floors in Lincoln and Southeast Nebraska. Completed with honest guidance, dependable scheduling, and a finish designed for everyday life.

A New Start for Existing Hardwood

Worn Floors Do Not Always Need to Be Replaced

Sanding removes the existing coating and exposes a fresh layer of wood so the floor can be renewed.

We evaluate scratches, dull finish, discoloration, board movement, previous repairs, and deep stains before recommending a plan. Some marks may remain, and we explain those limitations before work begins.

Common Questions

Know Before Work Begins

Every floor and property is different. Your in-home estimate is where we confirm the scope and set project-specific expectations.

  • Can every scratch and dark spot be removed?

Not always. Surface wear often improves dramatically, but deep pet stains, damaged boards, gaps, and older repairs can remain visible.

  • Can you refinish only part of the house?

Sometimes. The room layout and natural transition points determine whether staged work will produce a clean result.

  • Do we need to leave the house?

That depends on access and the rooms involved. No foot traffic is allowed through active finishing areas.
